Refund Policy

Digital Products - No Refunds

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you download a cheat sheet or tutorial, you have full access to the content, and we cannot "take it back."

We understand this policy may seem strict, but it protects both our business and legitimate customers from fraud.

Exceptions - When We DO Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If the download link is broken or the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working version within 48 hours
  • Not As Described: If the product content is significantly different from what was advertised (e.g., you purchased "Excel Formulas" but received a Python tutorial)
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours
  • Payment Error: If you were charged multiple times for a single transaction

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

  • Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • Product name and price
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots if applicable

We typically respond to refund requests within 24-48 hours. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

What We Will NOT Refund

To be clear, refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • "I didn't find it useful" or "I expected more content"
  • Failure to download the product after purchase
  • Incompatibility with your device (our products are standard PDFs/documents)
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we consider this fraudulent activity. We will:

  • Permanently ban your account and email from future purchases
  • Contest the chargeback with evidence of product delivery
  • Report repeated offenders to payment processors
